Why Verita
Operator-led:
We’ve built and scaled top-performing businesses and developed a culture of excellence. We know how to execute so our clients can achieve more.
Values-driven:
Our name means truth, and we live by it. Independent, clear intentions and aligned incentives — we offer exceptional, transparent, purpose-built advice.
Hands-on by choice:
We are active, engaged advisors—this is the work we love to do. Our clients inspire us, and we are energized by helping you solve complex problems and seize opportunities. We’re in it with you.
Co-sourced family office:
Whether you need a fully outsourced partner or support alongside an existing team, we co-source your family office to deliver exactly what you need—no more, no less. Strategic, tailored, and built for you.
Deep founder expertise:
With decades of experience advising successful entrepreneurs and executives, we bring the pattern recognition to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and guide you through complexity with clarity and confidence.
Tech-enabled by design:
Verita’s modern architecture embraces emerging technologies to deliver a more personalized, proactive, and scalable solution. Built at a time when AI and innovation are transforming how advice is delivered, we have the advantage of designing for agility, innovation, and what comes next.

Why Now
Clients want more:
Today’s wealth creators want advice that connects every aspect of their financial lives—from personal wealth and business ownership to impact, family, and legacy.
The industry has consolidated, not evolved:
Big firms keep getting bigger, but not better. Consolidation has produced more scale but less personalization, more bureaucracy, and incentives that often serve the firm, not the client.
AI is transforming finance:
Traditional firms are stuck in yesterday’s infrastructure. We built Verita with modern architecture, advanced tools, and intelligent data integration - designed to think smarter, deliver personalized insights, and execute with confidence.

Our Mission
At Verita, we go beyond managing money - we partner with our clients across every dimension of their wealth. Through clarity, strategic guidance, and curated access, we help clients navigate complexity and maximize the impact of their wealth across communities and generations.
three core principles
Strategy
Building & executing a comprehensive strategy inclusive of taxes, estate planning, investments, credit, lending, liquidity, risk, and goals
Clarity

Preparing future generations to make informed choices, ensuring what you’ve built lasts, and making a larger impact aligned with your vision
